The lodge was a great place to stay, with some nice little touches. the owners were super helpful when we got stuck in the snowstorm, even picking us up in their 4x4. They had the heating on and even left some milk in the fridge for us. the lodge itself was clean, cosy, and felt brand new. Plus, it had a sensor light in the bathroom which was a lifesaver during midnight trips!
There were a couple of downsides. Trying to figure out the TV channels was a bit of a headache, although the owner was helpful in getting it sorted.

Clean rooms, I didn't want to leave.
Came in Fort Augustus to explore new places, this apartment was nice comfy base for making it happen. Amicable staff made me feel welcome. It had a marvellous and stunning setting next to all restaurants as well as the centre of tourist attractions:)))

This cozy lodge made us feel right at home during our stay in Fort Augustus. We were pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful details like the sensor for a bathroom night light. The bed was comfy and everything inside was spotlessly clean and well equipped. We loved the fluffy towels and the welcoming touch of a pint of milk and delicious tea cakes. With restaurants nearby, we didn't miss having a full kitchen. If we're in the area again, we would happily choose Erraid Lodge.
Would recommend this hotel.

This place was like a home away from home! Super cozy and modern with amazing little details like a bathroom night light sensor. The bed was unbelievably comfy and everything was spotlessly clean. Loved the thick and fluffy towels. The owners were absolute lifesavers when we got caught in a snowstorm and went above and beyond to help us. The lodge had everything we needed for our stay, including a pint of milk and tea cakes. Restaurants nearby were fantastic, especially the haggis with drambuie sauce. Would definitely stay here again if we're in the area.

I loved the complimentary parking, so convenient! And the location was great, just 26 km from exploring Urquhart Castle. So glad I didn't have to deal with the nearest airport.
Oh, and don't even get me started on the "featured" property. Hilarious.

The room at Erraid Lodge was cozy and comfortable, with a private entrance that made it feel like a home away from home. I loved having the kitchenette with a fridge and microwave, making it easy to heat up snacks whenever I wanted. The flat-screen TV was a nice touch for chilling out after a long day of exploring.
Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the electric kettle provided in the room. But hey, that's just my taste, and I'm sure others might find it useful.

It was the perfect base for exploring the area, whether rain or shine. the lodge had some thoughtful details, like a sensor for a night light in the bathroom, which was a welcome touch. Although some may comment on the lack of cooking facilities, we didn't miss it at all with the fantastic restaurants nearby. We particularly loved trying the haggis with drambuie sauce. the lodge itself was comfortable, spotlessly clean, and well equipped for our two-day stay. the added touches, like a pint of milk and two tunnocks tea cakes, were delightful. the towels were thick and fluffy, and the town's amenities were conveniently close by. If we find ourselves in the area again, we would happily choose to stay here. Cons: Hard to think of anything 🤔.

This apartment had a cozy vibe with a comfortable bedroom and a small kitchenette with a fridge and microwave. It felt like a perfect little home-away-from-home for a solo traveler like me.
Personally, I found the private entrance a bit inconvenient. Others might still enjoy the added privacy it provides, though.
